I like this reading text bacause since the beginning of time,sleeping is a crucial issue.People need to sleep enough.Therefore,it is necessary and important.Also,sleeping is of high importance for growing up strong and healthy.First things first,babies have to sleep for about 16 hours every day but adult people need about 8 hours.It is enought.As far as i remember,in the past few years a lot of people in the world past away because of insomnia.Secondly,i have to go university of turkish aeronautical association every day.Therefore,i wake up 7 a.m and i go to sleep 11 p.m.It is enough time for a adult person but if i do not get enough sleep,i am nervous and tired because people body's need to sleep a lot.In addition,as far as i know eighly percent of people teach their children sleeping habit when the children are between the ages of 0-6 to have a strong body for them.People do that because sleeping a lot has many benefits for them.These benefits are very important concepts of people body's.Getting enough sleep must be important because it repeats over and over ,i think people body's has some and even a lot of benefits.What i mean is that people should avoid getting not enought sleep.Also,it is crucial for being a successful person because if people get enough sleep,people are energetic and successfull.People benefit from not being insomniac person,but if people do not get enought sleep,people suffer from insomnia.It is a very well-known fact that people have to have a rest.

YanıtlaSilPassage one:Sleep is important for all alives.I want to tell about people.Children need a lot of sleep in order to grow up strong and healthy.They need more sleep adults.During the first two weeks of life,babaies sleep for about 16 hours every day.This change as they grow and need less sleep.It is interesting.Teengers need about nine hours of sleep every night.Passage two;sleep is need for people.Therefore sleep is more important.Sleep helps our brains work when we are awake.It improves ourability to remember,learn,and make good decisions.If we ddon!t get enough sleep,there can be serious consequences.For example ;unless I sleep well,I am not listening the lesson.People who have not slept enough cannot do this very well.therefore they sometimes make bad decisions.Some people drive sleeply a car , and they generally make accident.Therefore we should nap during the day.I feel relax , and energetic.Passage three;body clock is a tiny place in my brain that tells you when to sleep and when to be awake.This body clock responds to changes in light.Light signals you to wake up.Other things ,like noise,and,stress,can also affet my body clock,but they cannot alter it very much .İt is generally difficult to change my body clock.I learn different things about problems for the body clock.Blind people have problems with their body clocks.They do not see anythingThey cannot see the light that telsls their bodies wake up.Night jobs can sometimes be dangerous.Because people do not well sleep , and they can be make mistakes.Most people sleep at night and stay awake during the day.They have a lot of physical and mental energy in the morning.They are sleepy , and they want to go to bed early.These people are 'early birds'.For example:my mum :)Scientis have studied people with different body clocks.I t has a powerfull effect on our daily activities and how we feel.We learn,sleep is important for us.

Sleep is very important for both us and health.Through sleeping,we closed eyes and we never do not move it.Afterwards, our breathes slow down and body rest but, If we do not sleep enough,we can be so tired,we can not concentrate nothing.We may be angry.Also we can be easier get sick.Certainly such a sleep for our condition.Firstly,it is necessary for our physical health.Apart from that for learning and to giving good decisions in our life.In addition in sleep,there is a notion is body clock.All people have a body clock but,everybody is different with each other.For example;my body clock is at seven wake up everyday and it is difficult to change my body clock.According to the scientist,human body is necessary sleep at least six hours .Unlike we encounter many trouble in our life.The most important problem is asleep.Especially,night jobs may be dangerous.They keep guard all night long and they do not mistake yet asleep cause many accidents. For example,in chernobly,ukraine in a nuclear power plant was happened an accident and this accident is one the worst accidents in history.Their effects still to continue nowadays.According to many scientists,the most important reason a sleepy worker who made a mistake.Besides,husbands can live problems with different body clocks.Lastly,ın my opinion there is a powerful effect in our daily lives of the body clock and if everybody want to life the better,they should be the body clock.

Sleep is one of the important things in our life because there are some advantages of sleep.For example,sleep keeps us healthy,sleep helps children grow up healthy and sleep restores our energy.People need to sleep for stay vigorous.If people do not get enough sleep,people will not succesfully and healthy because adult people must be sleep 8 hours.Babies necessary sleep about 16 hours.

Body clock will change from person to person.Some people like to get up early or late.Therefore people choose to work the depending on the body clock.If you can not sleep during the day,you choose to work at night.Such as;guards.Some people like to sleep but you have go to work and then you establish alarm.However,these person can not be succesfull and has a lot of stress.Therefore you made a mistake.
